Terms of Use

Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing or using TipDocPro, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Christian Pedersen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TipDocPro for personal, non-commercial purposes.

In-app purchases

TipDocPro offers an optional one-time (non-consumable) purchase that removes ads and unlocks premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. As a one-time purchase it does not auto-renew. Purchases can be restored on your devices via the app's "Restore Purchases" option. All payments are handled by Apple.

Advertising

The free version of TipDocPro is supported by ads served via Google AdMob. Removing ads is available through the in-app purchase above.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app; modify or create derivative works; use it unlawfully; or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.

Intellectual property

TipDocPro and all related content and functionality are owned by Christian Pedersen and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Christian Pedersen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
